What causes recurring headache with vomiting?

Hi,   Recurring headache with vomiting may result from migraine, tension type headache, cluster headache, raised intracranial or intra ocular pressure, subdural hematoma, sinusitis etc. The treatment depends on causes. Your uncle should undergo some investigations like CBC with circulating eosinophil count, X-ray PNS O/M view, lumbar puncture test etc to find out the exact culprit for his present sufferings and then treat them accordingly. In the meantime, he can take painkillers like naproxen or ibuprofen with Flunarizine, Propranolol, antiemetics and antiulcerants to subside his present sufferings. Take care. Let me know if I can assist you further.
